  1. Excess Hours per year is the excess number of hours worked in the year relative to a standard 38 hour week.
  2. Excess Shifts per year is the equivalent number of shifts based on the hours per shift setting.
  3. Gross Hours per staff is the yearly number of hours a staff member could work without leave or breaks.
  4. Available Hours per staff is the yearly number of hours each staff member can work after all leave and breaks.
  5. Workbreak Factor is percentage of time allowed for breaks within a shift.
  6. FTE Mutiplier is the number of full time equivalent staff required to fill one seat 24/7 365 days per year.
