Touch is a compliled windows program using Script that is intended to be added to your SendTo folder and is used to change the create and modified dates on a file. This can be very useful to change the file ordering within a folder when you order by date.
To use, simply right click a file, select Send to then Touch. Use the dialogs to change first the date then the time for the file. This will be applied to both create and modify times.
